What people ask before they call
Emergencies are taken as they come in during Mon-Fri 7am to 6pm, Sat 8am to 2pm. Everything else is booked into a window we agree with you on the phone, so you are not waiting in all day.
For anything inside the house, yes — somebody over eighteen who can show us the problem and agree the work. For an outside tap, a meter box or a yard line, often not. Say so when you book and we will confirm it.
You hear the callout and diagnostic charge before the visit is booked, and the price of the repair before any tool comes out of the van. Nothing gets added to the bill without you agreeing to it first.
Yes — call us on the number at the top of this page and we will move it. Changing a booking is not charged for; we would rather have the slot back than sit outside an empty house.
