While you wait

Three things to do before we arrive

01

Close the main shutoff

Where the supply enters the house — by the meter, the water heater, or an outside wall.

02

Open the lowest tap

That drains the standing pressure, so the leak slows to a trickle while you wait.

03

Keep power away from water

If it is near outlets, an appliance or a panel, leave that room off and stay out of it.

Then call 602-555-0143

How it works

Three steps, no surprises

The same sequence on a dripping tap and on a main line replacement.

01

Tell us what is happening

You describe what you can see and hear. We ask the questions that narrow it down, and you get the cost of the visit before it is booked.

02

We find the cause

On site we test and inspect until we know the reason rather than the symptom, then show you what we found and price the work before starting it.

03

We fix it and clean up

The repair gets made, the line gets tested under pressure, and the room is left the way we found it — dry, swept, and with the old parts taken away.

About Copper Ridge Plumbing

The half of a house nobody photographs

The pipes behind the plaster, the heater in the closet, the line under the yard. We do that work in a way you do not have to think about again for a long time.

Plumbing is bought on trust, and trust is mostly made of small things: turning up when we said we would, saying the price out loud before the tools come out, and explaining the fault in words that are not designed to end the conversation.

Questions

What people ask before they call

Close the main shutoff valve — usually where the supply enters the house, near the meter, the water heater or an outside wall — then open the lowest tap to drain the pressure. Then call and describe what you can see, including anything you have already turned off.
Yes. You hear the callout and diagnostic charge on the phone before the visit is booked, and the price of the repair itself before any tool comes out of the van. If the job changes once we are into it, we stop and tell you rather than adding it to the bill.
We work across Phoenix and Scottsdale. If you are just outside it, call and ask — it is often still a yes.
Our hours are Mon-Fri 7am to 6pm, Sat 8am to 2pm. Call within them and you will get a person; outside them, leave a message and it is picked up when we open.
Both. A running toilet and a sewer lateral replacement are the same business here, and the small job is not treated as a favour — it is priced, booked and done the same way.
drain cleaning, water heater repair and leak detection. If what you need is not in that list, describe it on the phone and we will tell you straight whether it is ours.

Not an emergency?

Tell us what the plumbing is doing

Describe the problem and where it is in the house. We reply with what we would check first and when we can come out.

We read every message that comes through here.

If this is an emergency, call instead — a form does not ring a phone.
