The pipes behind the plaster, the heater in the closet, the line under the yard. We do that work in a way you do not have to think about again for a long time.
Plumbing is bought on trust, and trust is mostly made of small things: turning up when we said we would, saying the price out loud before the tools come out, and explaining the fault in words that are not designed to end the conversation.
We would rather tell you a repair will not last than sell you the same one twice. When the honest answer is that a run of pipe has reached the end of its life, you get that answer with the evidence attached, and the choice stays yours.

You approve a number, not an estimate that drifts. If we open something up and the job changes, we stop and tell you before carrying on.
We show you the problem
Camera footage from the line, the failed part in your hand, the meter still ticking. You see what we saw, and the decision is an informed one.
We leave it clean
Cloths down before the tools come out, the old unit taken away, the floor dry. The room should not be how you know we were there.
We come back
If what we repaired is not right, it is ours to put right. You call us about it, not somebody else, and not a call centre.

On site we test and inspect until we know the reason rather than the symptom, then show you what we found and price the work before starting it.

We fix it and clean up
The repair gets made, the line gets tested under pressure, and the room is left the way we found it — dry, swept, and with the old parts taken away.
